Projects
A running gallery of solar cleans, window details and holiday-light installs. Every photo is a real home we worked on — no stock, no filler.

Full 22-panel array cleaned with water-fed pole and deionized water — output back to baseline within a day.

Inside + outside glass, frames wiped, tracks brushed. Hard-water spotting removed from the west-facing panes.

Warm-white C9 roofline, tree wraps and pathway stakes on a photo timer. Takedown handled in January.

Salt-air film lifted with soft brushes. Roof and hardware visually checked while we were up there.

Full exterior detail with mineral-removal treatment on the sprinkler-spotted lower panes.

Mini-LED wraps on columns and a full roofline run — designed on the walk-through, installed the next day.

Panels shaded by nesting debris — cleared and rinsed spot-free without any chemicals.

Screens pulled, brushed and reinstalled. Tracks brushed out to lift years of built-up grit.

Front-yard tree wrap plus roofline install — timer set to run dusk to dawn.

Annual maintenance clean, plus a heads-up on a lifted flashing spotted during the wash.

Stucco splash and construction dust lifted from every window without scratching the coatings.

Multicolor roofline with warm-white pathway lights — mid-season bulb service included.

Big array, tight roof pitch — handled entirely from the ground with the water-fed pole.

Roofline lights plus fresh-look garland on the porch and railings.

Full block coordinated — matched design across three neighbors on the same street.

About this work
Every project on this page is a real home or business we cleaned in Cypress, Long Beach, Lakewood, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Buena Park, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Westminster, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Tustin, Orange or Fullerton. No stock photography, no borrowed portfolios. Here is what a typical Swanky job actually involves.
Most residential arrays we service run between 12 and 30 panels. We rinse, soft-brush and finish with deionized water so the glass dries spot-free, then check for shading, debris under the array and obvious damage. Coastal Long Beach and Seal Beach systems tend to need attention twice a year; inland Cypress and Anaheim arrays collect dust and bird droppings just as fast.
Single-story tract homes, two-story properties with tall stairwell glass, sunrooms, patio enclosures and storefronts. Interior and exterior panes, tracks, sills, screens and frames — plus hard-water treatment where sprinkler overspray has etched the glass. Commercial routes in Orange County can be scheduled monthly or quarterly.
Rooflines, eaves, palms, hedges and walkways using commercial-grade bulbs and hidden clips — never staples through your fascia. Installation, mid-season repairs, takedown and off-season storage are quoted together so there is one number for the whole season.
Before-and-after photos go out with every completed project, which is where most of this gallery comes from. If we cleaned your home and you're happy with how it turned out, text us the go-ahead and we'll add it here with your city and nothing identifying.
