OpenInside + outside · Hand-finished
Windows are the first thing a guest sees. We hand-finish every pane inside and out, wipe frames and sills, brush out tracks, and leave glass that actually holds up — not just looks clean for an afternoon.
What's included
There's a reason hotels and storefronts still use squeegees: spray bottles streak, leave residue and re-attract dust within days. We use professional squeegees, lint-free microfiber and pure-water rinses so the finish stays clear for weeks longer.
Every job includes interior and exterior glass, frame wipe-down, sill detailing and brushed-out tracks. Screens come out, get rinsed and reinstalled — no extra fee for the obvious stuff.
Got hard-water spotting from sprinklers, salt air or stucco runoff? Ask about our mineral-removal treatment; it brings etched-looking glass back to clear without re-grinding the surface.
Our process
01
We count panes, check access (2nd story, balconies) and flag any cracked or fogged glass before we touch it.
02
Screens come down first, get a soft brush and rinse, and air-dry while we work.
03
Soap, scrub, squeegee, microfiber edges — inside and out, every window.
04
Frames and sills wiped, tracks brushed, screens reset and locked in.
